An epitome of modern elegance and sophistication, this magnificent residence in Indore redefines contemporary apartment living. Conceived as an urban sanctuary amidst the city’s evolving high-rise culture, the home seamlessly blends opulence, functionality, and serene comfort. Designed by Nivasa, the residence reflects the warmth and refined sensibilities of its owners while embodying the studio’s signature aesthetic of timeless bespoke luxury.
The clients envisioned an all-white home, and the design team embraced the challenge of crafting a space that remained pristine yet warm and layered. The result is an eclectic yet cohesive interior, where art, texture, and handcrafted furniture enrich the monochrome palette.
The experience begins at the foyer, where marble inlay flooring, a grey ceiling, and striking wallpaper create a dramatic yet refined welcome. A long, pristine white corridor extends inward, framed by vaulted ceilings and mirror panels that amplify light and perspective. A regal chandelier introduces glamour, while one of the arched doors discreetly conceals a secret entrance to the kitchen - a thoughtful architectural surprise.
The corridor opens into an expansive formal living area where whites are subtly accented with bronze and wood. A strategically placed fireplace delineates zones, balancing intimacy and openness. Plush seating arrangements foster conversation, while white-and-gold accents lend a regal undertone.
Behind the living space, the bar embodies understated opulence. Its geometric façade, meticulously hand-welded, adds sculptural dimension. Hand-stitched bar stools with delicate gold detailing enhance the artisanal character.
The dining area features a signature Nivasa table as its focal point, paired with white chairs accented by black stripes. A console backdrop frames the setting, reinforcing symmetry and elegance. The adjoining open kitchen strengthens the home’s social core, ideal for a family that values shared culinary experiences.
Each of the four bedrooms expresses a distinct personality. The master suite is a tranquil retreat defined by a white wood and rattan four-poster bed, complemented by matching furniture pieces that highlight craftsmanship. The second bedroom introduces warmth through a wooden four-poster bed with a mustard leather headboard and coordinated seating. Two interconnected bedrooms embrace pastel wicker elements and vibrant accents, softened by crisp white walls and intricate wall paneling.
